Employer: Aerotek. **Now Hiring for 3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician Position!** **Job Description** Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for the installation and maintenance of proprietary equipment, including various molding machines and packaging systems. This role involves ensuring the optimal performance of machines through routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, while also providing training and assistance to team members. **Responsibilities** + Perform installation and maintenance of proprietary equipment, such as Extrusion Blow Molding machines, Stretch Blow Molding machines, Injection Molding machines, packaging systems, and automated palletizers. + Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines operate at peak efficiency. + Troubleshoot and repair molding machines independently to minimize downtime. + Provide mechanical and electrical layout and modifications as needed. + Offer training and assistance to colleagues to enhance team performance. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR an Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance. + 1+ year of troubleshooting experience. + Proficiency in at least one of the following areas: Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in maintenance technician roles with skills in troubleshooting, maintenance, mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial maintenance. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive Health and Wellness Care Program, Child Care Benefits, and a Dependent Care Cost Savings Program.
