Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician will perform both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on industrial production equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role focuses heavily on hydraulics, pneumatics, and 480-volt 3-phase electrical systems, while also requiring the ability to read blueprints and schematics and troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment. **Essential Skills** + At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or similar heavy industrial environment. + Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, particularly with hydraulic systems. + Proven experience working with pneumatic systems in an industrial setting. + Hands-on experience with 480-volt 3-phase electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings. + Demonstrated experience with PLC troubleshooting and repair of programmable logic controller-based equipment. + Solid understanding of industrial safety practices and procedures when working with high-voltage and heavy machinery. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency. + Strong teamwork mindset with a “get the job done” attitude and willingness to support team members. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Jackson, MI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $83200.00/yr. Direct hire, with benefits offered.
