You will perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs on complex machinery to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation across the facility. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance and repairs in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment, focusing on a 70/30 ratio of electrical to mechanical work. + Troubleshoot electrical issues on production equipment, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime. + Diagnose and repair mechanical components such as gearboxes, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, and large blanking presses. + Fabricate parts and structures as needed to support equipment repairs and modifications, ensuring proper fit and function. + Rig and safely move heavy equipment and components during installation, maintenance, and repair activities. + Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and systems to reduce unplanned outages and extend equipment life. + Work with PLC-based systems to support troubleshooting efforts; utilize knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC-5 platforms when applicable. + Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and production staff to prioritize tasks and complete work efficiently. + Follow all safety procedures and best practices while working on electrical and mechanical systems. + Document maintenance activities, repairs, and findings to support continuous improvement and equipment reliability. **Essential Skills** + Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment. + Strong electrical skill set with an emphasis on troubleshooting production equipment. + Mechanical proficiency working with gearboxes, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, and large blanking presses. + Ability to fabr
