Employer: ManpowerGroup. Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Maintenance Technician **Location:** Littleton, NH **Pay Range: $27/hr** **Shift:** 2nd Shift (M-F 3pm-11:30pm) **What's the Job?** + Diagnose the source of equipment problems by observing equipment operation and employing troubleshooting methods. + Dismantle equipment to gain access and identify the replacement parts needed to restore proper operation. + Examine dimensions, wear, and condition of parts to determine their usability, utilizing measurement tools such as verniers, calipers, and electrical test equipment. + Repair and replace defective parts using measurement tools, electrical test equipment, and metalworking tools like lathes, drill presses, and grinders. + Make adjustments to equipment systems and controls to restore proper operation and test equipment performance after repairs. **What's Needed?** + Two to four years of related experience and/or training in maintenance areas such as mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, or building infrastructure. + Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for at least 75% of the workday. + Proficiency in using small hand tools and measurement equipment on a daily basis. + Basic computer and troubleshooting skills. + Willingness to participate in training related to hazardous waste handling and safety regulations. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment. + Competitive pay rate with shift differential. + Engagement in meaningful work that directly impacts production efficiency. + Development of technical skills and hands-on
