Employer: Adecco US, Inc.. **Maintenance Technician** **Martinsburg, WV** **12-hour shift: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.** **$34-$35/hour** **with benefits - Medical, Dental, 401k, Pay advancement options, Holidays, and PTO** Routine Maintenance - Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues. - Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal functioning. Repairs - Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems promptly and effectively. - Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner. Equipment Installation: - Install new equipment and systems as needed, ensuring proper functionality and safety. Troubleshooting: - Identify and troubleshoot issues with building systems and equipment. - Collaborate with other team members to solve complex maintenance problems. Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment installations. - Provide regular updates on maintenance tasks and project progress. Safety Compliance: - Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks. - Report any safety concerns or violations to the appropriate personnel. Communication: - Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other staff members. - Provide clear and concise information on maintenance issues and resolutions. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant trade school education is a plus. - Proven experience of 2 + years as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in manufacturing. - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication purposes. - Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity. - Strong attention to detail and a proact
