This is a hands-on technical leadership role supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment where uptime, safety, and precision matter every day. **What You’ll Do** In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping critical systems online: + Diagnose and repair **complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems** + Troubleshoot and support **PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems** + Perform and lead **preventive & predictive maintenance programs** to reduce downtime + Repair and maintain **motors, conveyors, pumps, and production equipment** + Read and interpret **blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals** + Respond quickly to breakdowns and lead root cause problem-solving efforts + Partner with production teams to minimize disruptions and improve uptime + Train and mentor maintenance technicians on troubleshooting and best practices + Maintain accurate **CMMS work orders, equipment history, and maintenance logs** + Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives + Ensure compliance with **OSHA, safety, and environmental standards** + Coordinate with vendors and assist in parts and inventory management **What You Bring** **Required Experience:** + 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience + Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills + Hands-on experience with industrial equipment in a production environment + Ability to read **schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation** + Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment + St
