Employer: Aerotek. **Aerotek is hiring Construction General Laborer** **Must have Scissor Lift experience** **Responsibilities** + Transport people, parts, tools, and materials to designated areas on the job site in a safe and timely manner. + Support construction teams with general labor tasks such as site cleanup, material handling, and basic setup or breakdown of work areas. + Operate a scissor lift safely and efficiently in accordance with site procedures and safety guidelines. + Assist with moving, staging, and organizing tools and equipment to ensure crews have what they need to work efficiently. + Follow all site safety rules, procedures, and regulations while maintaining a clean and orderly work area. + Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to understand daily priorities and changing needs on the job site. + Report any safety concerns, equipment issues, or hazards promptly to the appropriate personnel. **Essential Skills** + Previous construction experience with a solid understanding of basic construction practices. + Familiarity with common construction tools and equipment. + Valid scissor lift experience and current scissor lift certification. + Ability to work safely in both indoor and outdoor construction environments. + Capability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods. + Reliable communication skills to coordinate tasks and respond to changing site needs. + Strong awareness of safety practices and willingness to follow all safety protocols. **Work Environment** This role operates in both indoor and outdoor construction environments, which may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and active equipment.
