Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician supports a large manufacturing campus by performing mechanical and minor electrical maintenance on production equipment, packaging machines, and batching systems. This role combines preventive and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, fabrication, and light facilities work to keep operations running safely and efficiently. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair production equipment across a large manufacturing campus to minimize downtime and maintain efficient operations. + Perform maintenance and repairs on packaging machines, ensuring consistent performance and product quality. + Maintain and repair batching equipment, addressing mechanical issues promptly to support continuous production. + Complete both preventive maintenance (PM) and reactive maintenance tasks in accordance with established schedules and priorities. + Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, and perform minor electrical troubleshooting, escalating complex electrical work to external specialists when needed. + Carry out fabrication tasks such as making brackets and other small components required for equipment repair or improvement. + Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide troubleshooting, repairs, and fabrication work. + Perform minor facilities maintenance to address general repair needs across the campus, helping maintain a safe and functional environment. + Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to identify recurring issues and recommend practical solutions. + Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used to support accurate maintenance records and continuous improvement. + Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. **Essential Skills** + At least 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. + Hands-on hydraulic maintenance a
