This is a full-time position in a food manufacturing environment with opportunities for advancement! What You Will Do: + Lead preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of conveyor systems and production machinery to ensure continuous, efficient plant operations. + Execute major equipment repairs, fabrication, construction, and installation projects, including welding to food-safe standards and precise mechanical assembly. + Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues through detailed inspection, use of precision measuring tools, and interpretation of mechanical schematics. + Fabricate and maintain critical plant components such as guards, doors, steps, shafts, sprockets, and mounting brackets using lathes, metal sheers, benders, and welding equipment. + Provide training and guidance to production teams on maintenance best practices to reduce downtime and ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols. What You Will Bring: + High school diploma or GED; two-year degree in specialized maintenance trade preferred. + 5+ years of related experience.
