Employer: Aerotek. **Aerotek is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility located in Senatobia, MS. This position is a 6 month contract to hire role paying $33-$35/hr depending on experience.** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, and boiler systems within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will also execute capital projects, including installation and dismantling of equipment, and perform various maintenance tasks throughout the facility. **Responsibilities** + Reassemble machines after the completion of repair or maintenance work. + Start machines and observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and detect problems. + Inspect or test damaged machine parts, marking defective areas or advising supervisors of repairs needed. + Lubricate or apply adhesives or other materials to machines, machine parts, or other equipment according to specific procedures. + Install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments according to production specifications. + Dismantle machines and remove parts for repair using hand tools, chain falls, jacks, cranes, or hoists. + Record production, repair, and machine maintenance information. + Read work orders and specifications to determine machines and equipment requiring repair or maintenance. + Set up and operate machines, adjusting controls to regulate operations. + Transport machine parts, tools, equipment, and other material between work areas and storage using cranes, hoists, or dollies. + Collect and discard worn machine parts and other refuse to maintain machinery and work areas. + Clean machines and machine parts using cleaning solvents, cloths, air guns, hoses, vacuums, or other equipment. **Essential Skills** + Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting + Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting + Preventive maintenance + Manufacturing experience + Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics +
