Pay Rate: $30.00 / hour Duties: Maintenance Technicians install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial or industrial machinery in a pet food manufacturing site. The technician ensures all machines function properly through troubleshooting and preventive maintenance services. . Position Requirements: + Own PM system for the area, focusing on Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Breakdown Elimination DMs and serves as the AM support DMS of the PM pillar. + Drives for results in Planned and Unplanned downtime and owns the area PM Compliance and Breakdown Elimination. + Build functional & technical skills of the AWTs. + Is the technical expert of related equipment and discuss, coach, and train technicians and operators on the area equipment. + Makes business decisions based on quantitative and qualitive data analysis. + Participates in the development of and own portions of the 90 Day Loss Elimination Plan. + Research areas of area improvement of area of responsibility. + Coordinates planned work with service contractors and reliability team. + Represents area maintenance at the daily FMOS meetings.
