The role requires providing guidance and support to fellow team members during shifts. **Responsibilities** + Keep management informed of any plant maintenance issues. + Repair and maintain all plant equipment and areas. + Actively support and implement preventative maintenance programs. + Utilize welding and electrical skills to perform maintenance tasks. + Troubleshoot issues and execute necessary repairs. + Ensure repairs and maintenance work minimally impact production time. + Adhere to corporate and regulatory food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements. + Attend required training sessions, including GMPs, HAACP, SQF, and Safety. + Perform other duties as assigned, which may include on-call and weekend work. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of mechanical experience; 2+ years preferred. + Proficiency in welding and electrical work. + Strong problem-solving skills. + Ability to read, speak, and understand both oral and written instructions. + Basic computer knowledge. + Capable of independent judgment in planning and organizing tasks. + Strong initiative and ability to follow through on daily responsibilities. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values continuous learning and development.
