Employer: ManpowerGroup. Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking Seated Production Workers to join their team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and good manual dexterity. **Job Title:** Seated Production Worker **Location:** Clear Lake, WI **Pay Range:** $18 - $21/hr Depending on Experience **Shift:** 2nd (2p-10p,Mon-Fri), 3rd Shift (10p-6a, Mon-Fri) and Weekend Shift (6a-6p, Fri/Sat/Sun) **What's the Job?** + Perform basic masking/demasking and inspection tasks using methods and materials as specified in the designated processes using small hand tools, microscope and /or other support equipment. + Inspect own work for quality compliance. + Comply with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling requirements when required and appropriate. + Maintain a high level of punctuality and attendance. **What's Needed?** + Looking for candidates with strong work history + Must clearly speak, read and write English. + Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions, short correspondence and memos. + Ability to communicate uncomplicated data, instructions, production results, quality issues and similar subjects both verbally and in writing. + Ability to perform basic math functions. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to learn new skills and develop professionally through the masker certification program. + Starting Pay of $18 - $21/hr + Potential for growth and advancement within the company. + Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
