You will work with materials and chemicals, perform heavy lifting, and assist with key production processes such as mixing, batching, and material preparation. The position requires a reliable, hard-working individual who can follow safety protocols, maintain quality standards, and contribute to a clean, organized work area. **Responsibilities** + Handle and move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility in a safe and efficient manner. + Perform heavy lifting, consistently handling loads of 50 pounds or more as part of daily tasks. + Assist with production processes including mixing, batching, and preparing materials according to established procedures. + Work with and around chemicals and industrial solutions while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements. + Follow detailed work instructions, safety protocols, and quality standards to support consistent, accurate production. + Support machine operators and the broader production team with day-to-day operational needs. + Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to maintain a safe and efficient production environment. + Perform basic measuring, weighing, and counting of materials to ensure proper batch and production quantities. + Participate in inspection and quality checks to help maintain high standards for finished products. **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or GED. + Ability to read and write in English to understand work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently in a very physical work environment. + Strong math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, and work with decimals for measuring, weighing, and batching materials. + Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically demanding manufacturing environment. + Strong at
