Employer: Aerotek. **General Production Worker –** **Short Term for a month but possibly longer** **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–3:00 PM **About the Role** We're looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to help assemble heated air make-up units in a manufacturing environment. If you enjoy working with tools, building products, and staying active throughout the day, this could be a great fit for you. **What You'll Do** + Assemble sheet metal parts, doors, lights, and other components. + Use hand and power tools, including drills and pneumatic tools. + Follow work instructions and blueprints to complete assemblies correctly. + Operate basic shop equipment such as presses, press brakes, and grinders. + Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. + Identify and report any quality or production issues. + Work with team members to meet daily production goals. + Follow all safety and quality standards. **What We're Looking For** + Manufacturing, assembly, or sheet metal experience preferred. + Ability to use hand and power tools safely. + Ability to read and follow work instructions. + Strong attention to detail and quality. + Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude. **Physical Requirements** + Stand, bend, and move throughout the shift. + Climb ladders or stairs when needed. + Lift up to 50 pounds regularly. + Work safely in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels. **Why Join Us?** + Steady Monday–Friday schedule. + Opportunities for growth and advancement. + Supportive team environment. + Make a direct impact on the products we build and the success of the company. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ENGLEWOOD, CO. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
