Employer: PDS Tech Commercial. **Join PDS Tech as a Production Worker in Geneva, OH!** **Pay Rate:** $19.00/hour | **Shift:** Monday–Friday | **3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (ET)** **What You’ll Do** **Production & Assembly** + Assemble, test, and package natural gas line products using manufacturing equipment and processes + Perform assigned operations per manuals, work instructions, and supervisor guidance + Complete equipment set?ups, minor machine adjustments, and basic operator maintenance + Verify materials, tools, and gauges before and during production + Measure and visually inspect products to ensure quality standards are met + Package and label finished or semi?finished products **Quality, Safety & Documentation** + Accurately record production, quality, and safety data (manual and electronic) + Communicate process or quality concerns to Team Leads or Supervisors + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation + Report safety issues and work?related incidents promptly + Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and productivity **What You Bring** **Must Have Qualifications** + **Must pass a Background Check and a Drug Test** + **Minimum 12 months of recent manufacturing site experience** (required) + High school diploma or GED + Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in **English** + Ability to stand for the full shift (except breaks) and perform physical tasks, including: + Lifting/carrying up to **35 lbs** + Pushing/pulling up to **50 lbs** + Stooping, kneeling, and occasional overhead reaching **Apply today** **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
