Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** This role focuses on performing a variety of warehouse and production tasks in a clean, climate-controlled facility. You will operate stand-up forklifts, handle packing and palletizing equipment, and support shipping, receiving, and inventory activities while maintaining safety and accuracy throughout all processes. **Responsibilities** + Operate a stand-up forklift while harnessed in to move materials safely into and out of warehouse racking. + Work comfortably at heights when placing or retrieving products from racking systems. + Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring products are handled carefully and placed in the correct locations. + Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds as part of daily warehouse and production tasks. + Use packing machines, palletizers, and automated tape machines to prepare products for shipment. + Perform picking and packing duties using electric pallet jacks to fulfill orders accurately. + Use RF scanners to scan, track, and verify products during receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. + Assist with inventory activities, including counting, organizing, and replenishing stock as needed. + Support general production and assembly tasks to meet daily output and quality requirements. + Follow all safety guidelines while balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift. + Work collaboratively with team members to maintain an organized, efficient, and clean warehouse environment. + Adhere to established processes and procedures for shipping, packaging, and material handling. **Essential Skills** + Experience operating stand-up forklifts in a warehouse or production environment. + Comfort working at heights while using warehouse racking systems. + Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. + Hands-on experience with packing machines, palletizers, and automated tape machine
