Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for following detailed assembly instructions and processes to ensure the smooth functioning of the production line. Your role will include troubleshooting and repairing equipment failures, reporting issues related to quality, safety, and materials to supervisors, and providing hands-on training to coworkers. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area while supporting all Quality, Product Safety, and Health/Safety/Environmental/Energy policies. **Responsibilities** + Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures. + Troubleshoot and repair failures as needed. + Report problems with quality, safety, process, equipment, and materials to the Production Supervisor and/or Team Lead. + Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Assist and train others as needed. + Understand and support all Quality, Product Safety, and Health/Safety/Environmental/Energy policies. + Adhere to all relevant statutory or regulatory compliance obligations. + Support and adhere to the Integrated Management System policies, procedures, and instructions. + Engage with others and be a team player. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand tools and assembly. + Troubleshooting experience in a production setting. + Ability to read and comprehend written procedures. + Technical capacity and proficiency with accessing drawings and procedures via computer. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to operate 1 to 3 Peripheral assembly cells. + Competence in using SAP for accessing drawings and procedures. + Dexterity and physical ability to frequently stand, sit, walk, and reach within hands and arm’s length. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a clean, climate-controlled facility with annual raises and opportunities to enhance your manufacturing experience. **Work En
