Employer: Aerotek. **General Production Worker** **Pay:** $21.30 to $22.30 **Location:** South Seattle WA **Available Shifts** We offer multiple shift options to fit different schedules. **2nd Shift Monday through Friday** 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM or 1:15 PM to 9:45 PM **3rd Shift Sunday through Thursday** 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM **4th Shift Friday through Monday 4x10 Schedule** Friday and Monday 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday and Sunday 4:00 AM to 2:00 PM Shift differentials may apply depending on schedule. **Job Description** This role supports a high quality production environment by preparing parts for painting and ensuring they meet strict quality standards. You will be performing repetitive detail focused tasks such as masking taping sanding and inspecting parts used in aerospace related applications. The position requires consistent standing careful handling of high value components and the ability to follow work orders accurately while working closely with a team. **Responsibilities** • Stand for 6 to 8 hours while performing repetitive production tasks • Handle all parts carefully with no tossing throwing or dropping • Prepare parts for painting through taping masking and sanding • Read and follow work orders accurately and on time • Inspect parts visually to identify defects before and after processing • Use basic hand tools safely for masking and sanding • Apply basic math for counts measurements and quantities • Maintain attention to detail throughout repetitive tasks • Communicate clearly in a noisy production environment • Follow all safety guidelines around paint booths chemicals and equipment • Keep the work area clean and organized **Essential Skills** • Ability to stand for an entire shift and perform repetitive tasks • Strong attention to detail when handling high value parts • Ability to perform basic math operations • Experience in production manufacturing or general labor • Ability to read and follow work orders • Comfort using hand tools for masking sanding
