This role focuses on safely packaging finished goods, maintaining product quality and accuracy, and upholding strict Good Manufacturing Practices and sanitation standards. The position requires reliability, flexibility with shifts and overtime, and a strong commitment to safety and housekeeping. **Responsibilities** + Operate packaging machinery efficiently and safely on a production line. + Package finished goods according to established standards and procedures. + Confirm that all labels are printed correctly and applied accurately to products. + Palletize products once packaging is completed, ensuring proper stacking and organization. + Manually feed product onto the conveyor belt to keep the production line running smoothly. + Assist with the sanitation and cleaning of the production area to maintain a hygienic environment. + Understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and good housekeeping practices at all times. + Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs). + Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all business activities and interactions with employees, visitors, and vendors. + Maintain reliable and consistent attendance; be available to work any shift, overtime, weekends, or holidays as required. + Provide coverage for the absence of other personnel when needed to support production requirements. + Perform other duties as assigned to support overall production and operational needs. **Essential Skills** + Experience working in production, general labor, or packaging roles. + Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely in a manufacturing environment. + Understanding of Good M
