Employer: Aerotek. **General Production Worker** **Job Overview** This is an entry-level role where you will support daily production and warehouse activities. You’ll be trained on machines, forklifts, and basic manufacturing processes while working in a team-oriented environment. **What You’ll Do** + Pick and collect raw materials from the warehouse + Move and stage materials for production + Support machine operators with setup and tasks + Perform general labor and production duties + Learn to operate machines after training + Follow all safety rules and company guidelines + Keep your work area clean and organized + Work with the team to meet daily targets **Required Skills** + Interest in warehouse or production work + Ability to lift and move materials + Basic picking/packing knowledge is a plus + Willingness to learn new skills + Good attention to detail + Reliable and hardworking attitude **Nice to Have** + Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience + Forklift or material handling experience + Exposure to machine operation **Work Environment** + Warehouse and production floor setting + Physical and hands-on role + Fast-paced work environment + Strong focus on safety **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
