Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a vital role in our production line for the new ramp-up phase. You will be responsible for assembling materials, operating machines, and ensuring that parts are inspected before being boxed for shipment. Our team rotates positions to accommodate preferences, ensuring a varied and engaging work experience. **Responsibilities** + Assemble materials and operate machinery on the production line. + Inspect parts for defects before packaging. + Box inspected parts for shipment. + Rotate through various positions on the production line as needed. **Essential Skills** + A minimum of 6 months recent experience in manufacturing. + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. + Experience with visual inspection for defects such as scratches, paint marks, and dents. + Demonstrated longevity in previous jobs, with at least 8 months at each of the last three positions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with mechanical and machine operation is a plus. **Why Work Here?** We offer a shift premium even during training, a monthly attendance bonus, and comprehensive health benefits with low deductibles and copays.
