Employer: ManpowerGroup. Our client, in Van Wert is seeking Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the Production Team. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, attention to detail and dependable work ethic which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Production Worker** **Location: Van Wert Ohio** **Pay Range: $17** **What’s the Job?** + An all-encompassing position operating assigned machinery and/or equipment operation and/or the physical loading/unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions. + Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or operate material handling equipment as assigned. + Follows all applicable safety policies and practices, including but not limited to, use of all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices + May load and unload raw good and/or finished products. + Visual inspection of product to ensure quality. **What’s Needed?** + Responsible for housekeeping and general maintenance functions within work area. + Adhere to work locations rules and procedures + Steel toed shoes required + Ability to lift up to 50lbs + Work in very hot environment that is not temperature controlled. **What’s in it for me?** + Set schedule with consistent weekly hours. + Opportunity to convert to perm after 90 day probationary period. + Competitive wages.
