Paid Weekly Love working outdoors, traveling, and building important infrastructure? Join a skilled construction crew repairing and maintaining utility poles, sports lighting systems, and telecom towers across the U.S. ? What You'll Do ✅ Travel nationwide for projects (typically 5–6 weeks on, 1 week off) ✅ Repair and maintain utility poles, light poles, and telecom towers ✅ Perform concrete work, including forming, setting, and repairs ✅ Conduct inspections and document findings ✅ Use power tools and hand tools safely ✅ Assist with repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting ✅ Work at heights using proper safety equipment ✅ Complete basic reports and inspection records ✅ Follow safety and quality standards ✅ Work closely with your crew to complete projects on time ✅ What We're Looking For? ✔ Construction, concrete, utility, or outdoor labor experience ✔ Willingness to travel extensively ✔ Comfortable working at heights ✔ Experience with structural repairs or inspections is a plus ✔ Ability to use power tools and hand tools ✔ Strong work ethic and safety mindset ✔ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
