As a Laborer for our Midwest Buildings District, you will contribute to our team by: + Reporting to work on time, ready to work safely and learn + Assists project superintendent where needed + Actively takes direction & asks questions to ensure tasks are understood + Cleans and prepares construction sites as needed + Loads or unloads construction materials + Hand Digging + Fence Maintenance + Housekeeping + Hand Trenching + Minor demolitions + Associated material cleanup and disposal + Other duties as required What you will bring to the role: + Must be 18 years of age or older + Knowledge and use of hand and power tools + High regard for safety and pride for quality of work + Self-motivated and a team player + Able to multi-task, show initiative and ask questions as needed + Able to follow directions to ensure completion of daily tasks + Have a high degree of flexibility in a changing environment + Must have reliable transportation + Strength to perform average lifting of up to 50 pounds, from the ground to above head. + Should be able to navigate through the worksite on a daily basis + Occasionally climbs up and down ladders, scaffolding, and stairs.
