The laborer supports daily site operations by performing tasks such as digging, mixing and pouring concrete, setting forms, and using power tools while maintaining a strong focus on safety and reliability. **Responsibilities** + Dig trenches and excavations to support foundation and site preparation work. + Mix and pour concrete according to project specifications and instructions. + Set concrete forms and assist with finishing concrete surfaces as needed. + Lift and carry materials weighing up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the day. + Use chipping guns and other hand and power tools safely and effectively. + Perform general labor duties related to foundations, concrete, excavating, and trenching. + Support demolition and masonry-related tasks as assigned. + Arrive on time to the designated meeting location or job site and follow daily work plans. + Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. + Work cooperatively with supervisors and crew members to complete tasks efficiently. **Essential Skills** + Ability to perform hard physical labor for extended periods, including heavy lifting and repetitive tasks. + Experience with general construction labor, including excavating, trenching, and concrete work. + Capability to mix and pour concrete and assist with setting forms. + Ability to lift up to 75 pounds safely and frequently. + Familiarity with using chipping guns and basic construction tools. + Reliable, consistent attendance and ability to show up on time and ready to work. + Access to dependable personal transportation to travel to the office or job site. + Willingness to work in a temp-to-hire arrangement and participate in an in-person interview. + Comfort working in environments that require heavy lifting and physically
