Employer: Insight Global. Job Description Insight Global is seeking General Construction Workers to support a leading provider of electrical connection and protection solutions, with this role specifically focused on their prefabricated housing builds. This individual will support the assembly of modular housing structures in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction or carpentry and is comfortable using tools, following layouts, and contributing to efficient production workflows. This role offers the opportunity to work across various shifts while playing a key part in delivering high-quality, scalable housing solutions. Day-to-Day: • Assemble prefabricated housing components including wall panels, drywall, and insulation • Perform general carpentry and construction-related tasks • Use hand and power tools to install and secure materials • Follow layout instructions to ensure proper alignment and fit • Maintain a clean and safe workspace • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
