Job Description This role focuses on installing and assembling truck bodies, truck equipment, and truck accessories on custom vehicles in a shop/garage environment. You will use a variety of hand and power tools, follow internal software-guided work orders, and complete most tasks independently while occasionally collaborating with small teams. Responsibilities - Install and assemble truck bodies, truck equipment, and truck accessories on custom vehicles according to specifications. - Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete installations. - Follow internal software programs and digital work orders to plan, track, and document all installs. - Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly and fitment. - Operate cranes and perform rigging to move, position, and secure larger parts and assemblies. - Work primarily independently while coordinating with small teams on each build as needed. - Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all shop safety procedures. - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job status and any issues that arise. - Demonstrate punctuality, follow directions, and proactively identify and complete tasks. Essential Skills - Previous hands-on experience working on cars in a garage or body shop setting. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. - Comfort using computers and internal softw
