Employer: Kelly Services. **Job Title:** Unwind Operator **Company:** Kelly Services **Location:** Brentwood, NH (On-site) **Schedule:** Thursday – Saturday, alternating Wednesdays, 5:40 AM – 6:00 PM **Employment Type:** Full-Time, Contract to Hire **Payrate:** $25.16 **About the Role** Kelly Services is seeking a dedicated **Unwind Operator** to work closely with our Coater and Facer Backer Operators at our Brentwood, NH, location. You’ll play a critical part in producing high-quality products that meet our customers’ specifications, with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. **Key Responsibilities** + Ensure safe operations in accordance with all company safety standards. + Use proper raw materials and ensure substrate quality. + Work closely and communicate with the Coater Operator regarding any operational issues or changes. + Inspect equipment before and during shift, ensuring everything is clean and operational. + Record operational data accurately, including calculations for raw materials. + Participate in safety and quality programs, as well as routine housekeeping. + Monitor and report product quality, addressing any non-conformance. + Provide backup support to coater/facer backer operators. + Maintain proper documentation and adhere to standard operating procedures. + Follow all environmental, safety, and operational guidelines. + Engage in process improvement and team learning opportunities. **Qualifications & Experience** + High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred). + Manufacturing or process-related experience (preferred). + At least 18 years old. + Must remain drug-free and have schedule flexibility (overtime required). + Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. + Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. + Basic math and data entry skills. + Able to communicate effectively in English (read, write, speak, understand). + Comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment (standing, walking,
