Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: Warehouse Lead** **Job Description** The Warehouse Lead oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely and safe material handling, and exceptional customer service. This role leads a small local team, coordinates shipments and deliveries, and maintains a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment while upholding company standards and procedures. **Responsibilities** + Represent the warehouse in a professional manner at all times, emphasizing excellent customer service in every interaction. + Receive incoming shipments from vendors and other warehouses, verifying their accuracy against packing lists and system records. + Label all stock with the appropriate AX 5-code to ensure accurate tracking and inventory control. + Notify the appropriate internal parties promptly when requested stock arrives so that orders can be processed without delay. + Organize and maintain inventory both on-site and off-site as needed, ensuring materials are stored safely and logically. + Deliver supplies to production sites, ensuring the correct materials are delivered on time, safely, and in accordance with customer policies and requirements. + Review packing lists and orders with customers during deliveries for accuracy, obtaining signatures and customer stamps as required. + Process transfer orders and sales order fulfillments on a daily basis, ensuring timely and accurate order completion. + Conduct daily cycle counts and collaborate with the team to identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies. + Ensure the warehouse remains clean, orderly, and safe, following and promoting all safety guidelines and best practices. + Maintain a positive and productive working relationship with coworkers and customers, fostering a collaborative team environment. + Load and unload material on and off trucks using appropriate material handling equipment, including forklifts, when necessary. + Lead the local warehouse team throu
