Summary Job title: Warehouse Manager Job ID: null Department: Boise - CED Location: null-null Description Summary: We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced electrical wholesale distribution warehouse. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, maintaining safety standards, and driving operational efficiency to support exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations + Manage all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns. + Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. + Monitor workflow and staffing levels to meet productivity goals. + Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with suppliers and carriers Team Leadership + Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse personnel. + Foster a positive, safety-focused, and customer-oriented work environment. + Set performance expectations and provide coaching and development opportunities. + Lead team meetings and communicate company goals and operational updates. Inventory Management + Oversee inventory control processes and ensure inventory accuracy. + Conduct cycle counts and annual physical inventories. + Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. + Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing to maintain appropriate inventory. Process Improvement + Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs. + Implement best practices for inventory control and order fulfillment. + Monitor performance and develop action plans for improvement. + Support technology and process enhancements within warehouse operations.
