Candidates must have previous experience in a warehouse supervisor or management role.** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced distribution center within the building materials and mechanical supply industry. In this role, you oversee warehouse personnel, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery execution. You drive operational excellence, promote a strong safety culture, and provide hands-on leadership to support a high-performing, service-focused team. **Responsibilities** + Lead and manage daily warehouse operations by overseeing receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. + Continuously evaluate warehouse workflows, layout, and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall operational performance. + Supervise and develop warehouse staff, including pickers, inventory clerks, and drivers, through effective scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management. + Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork, ensuring that all team members understand expectations and work collaboratively to achieve goals. + Maintain inventory accuracy and control by managing stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts and audits, and utilizing system tracking tools. + Partner with internal teams to resolve inventory discrepancies, manage replenishment needs, and support the broader inventory strategy. + Coordinate logistics and delivery execution by managing driver routes, dispatch schedules, and on-time delivery performance. + Ensure compliance with safety standards, transportation regulations, and proper vehicle usage for all delivery and fleet activities. + Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment for all warehouse personnel.
