As a reputable workforce solutions provider, we aim to connect talented professionals with opportunities where they can grow and thrive. **Job Description** As a Winder Operator, you’ll be an integral part of a crew that operates two production lines, working collaboratively to ensure safe, high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The expectation is to consistently deliver quality packaging and products for our customers. **Key Responsibilities** + Operate winders, packaging machines, and banding equipment efficiently + Follow all plant, environmental, and safety regulations + Track, manage, and report scrap and seconds + Perform quality checks and document results at specified intervals + Maintain cleanliness and perform housekeeping at workstations/machinery + Support training and development of team members + Participate in plant programs (Safety, Quality, TPM, Housekeeping) + Assist with web break repairs and product changeover procedures + Monitor alarms and respond accordingly + Load, stack, and move material as required + Use basic computers and various software (Excel, Outlook, MII, Ignition, SAP) + Communicate issues and coordinate with other operators and supervisors **Qualifications & Skills** + High School Diploma or GED preferred + Previous manufacturing or process-related experience preferred + Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot + Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and communication skills + Basic mathematics proficiency + Basic computer skills for data entry an
