Job Description AECOM is seeking a MEP Cost Manager and Estimator with deep experience leading and developing construction cost estimates across all phases of design and construction. As an MEP Cost Manager and Estimator, the candidate will play a critical role across multiple projects simultaneously, supporting teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, from early concept through construction and close-out. Projects will vary in scale, complexity, and value, requiring strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed, accurate quantity take-offs for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems across all design stages, from conceptual design through construction documentation. - Develop conceptual budgets, cost plans, and parametric models using limited design information, historical data, and market benchmarks. - Develop estimate assemblies comprised of labor, material
