What you’ll do: Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems (EESS) division is seeking a Field Services Lead Construction Manager to oversee the successful start and scale up of commissioning projects for large commercial & industrial accounts and serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to standardize and optimize project execution methodology. These projects will be completed in conjunction with our District Operations Centers (DOC’s), with the site Construction Manager overseeing day-to-day planning, execution, monitoring, control, and job closure activities. in this position you will: - This role requires consistent on‑site presence and 100% travel to active project sites within the United States to effectively oversee execution and stakeholder coordination. - Receive job handoffs and complete initial technical, scope of work, and scheduling requirement reviews - Utilize necessary project management tools, software, and other resources to maintain adherence to key milestones and deliverables on site. - Own coordination of project meetings (internal and external) and formal communication plans to key project stakeholders; serve as primary point of contact throughout duration of EESS activities on site. - Coordinate and navigate Eaton scheduling and work activities around other trades, driving execution efficiencies for Eaton and customer. - Provide financial oversight through cost control, warranty, change order management, and risk mitigation. - Work closely with commercial operations teams, including North American Sales (NAS) Project Management Organization (PMO), Sales Eng
