As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Marston, MO Pay Range: $23 - 24 per hour, Shift: Swing Shift (4days on and 4days off and then 4nights) What's the Job? - Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety. - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment. - Follow production schedules and meet quality standards. - Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. What's Needed? - No prior experience required; training will be provided. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Willingness to work night shifts. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
