Employer: Aerotek. Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Summary Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot production lines and equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing of home and garden products. Key Responsibilities - Perform line setups, changeovers, and preventive maintenance - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment (conveyors, motors, gearboxes, packaging machines) - Adjust machinery to maximize uptime and efficiency - Conduct quality checks during production Requirements - 2+ years of experience in high-speed manufacturing - Experience with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and repair - Experience replacing motors and gearboxes - Ability to perform quality checks Additional Skills - High-volume production experience preferred - Basic electrical knowledge (motor wiring) a plus - Food manufacturing experience is a plus Work Environment & Schedule - Manufacturing setting with production teams and equipment - 12-hour shifts (7 AM–7 PM / 7 PM–7 AM) - 4 days on / 4 days off schedule Why Join Us - Growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment - Balanced schedule with extended time off Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Overland, MO.
