Paint Maintenance Technician

Employer: Insight Global. Job Description Day to Day: Insight Global is looking for a paint maintenance technician that can: • Perform mechanical maintenance including greasing/oiling gearboxes and chains. • Inspect and maintain paint kitchen systems. • Support and maintain - 100 paint pumps. • De‑energize and replace paint pumps as needed. • Work with sledge systems and overspray equipment. • Handle chemicals and support pure‑water creation processes. • Maintain fan systems (6 total) and abatement systems. • Work with burner controls, specifically ovens. • Fabrication skills: basic design and machine functionality. • Welding: TIG (80%) and Stick (20%). Compensation: $35/hr Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
