Stable, growing company with limited competition in the U.S. and long production runs. Job Summary We are hiring Set-Up Machine Operators to set up and operate custom, CNC-controlled Feederbar machines with up to 8 tooling stations. This is a hands-on mechanical role ideal for someone with machining experience and strong blueprint reading skills. Responsibilities - Set up Feederbar CNC machines (install and change tooling as needed) - Load aluminum bars into machines - Read and interpret blueprints - Make machine adjustments to maintain part tolerances - Perform quality checks in partnership with Quality Department - Use micrometers and calipers - Maintain equipment and ensure safe operation Qualifications - Prior machining or CNC setup experience required - Strong mechanical background (CNC repair experience is a plus) - Ability to read blueprints - Experience using micrometers and calipers - Basic shop math skills - Able to pass a written test (shop math, safety, machine knowledge, blueprint reading - 70% required) - Able to lift up to 50 lbs - Stand for 6+ hours per shift - Comfortable working in hot and cold environments - Steel toe boots required - Must Schedule: Full Time.
