Employer: Aerotek. Forklift Operator- $23-26/hr Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team. This position offers flexible shifts with opportunities to work both AM and PM hours. You will work a schedule that includes shifts from Sunday to Tuesday and Thursday to Saturday, 6am to 6pm, with every other Wednesday on duty. Responsibilities - Operate forklifts and reach trucks efficiently. - Engage in shipping and receiving tasks. - Assist with picking and inventory management. - Utilize RF (bar-code scan) devices for accurate order processing. - Manage pallet jack operations. - Delegate orders and resolve problems regarding order status. - Perform order picking and packing duties. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Multitask effectively under time constraints and fast-paced conditions. Essential Skills - High school diploma or equivalent. - 0-2 years of warehouse experience preferred. - Good interpersonal skills. - Ability to communicate assertively. - Problem-solving skills for order status issues. Additional Skills & Qualifications - Leadership experience is a plus. - Experience using RF devices is preferred. - Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks. Why Work Here?
