We're hiring Assembly Technicians, Welders, & Material Handlers to join our team in Newark, DE, where you’ll play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. **Position:** Assembly Technician, Material Handlers, & Welders **Pay:** $21-$28 depending on position & shift **Schedule:** Day shift, Night shift, & Weekend Shifts Available Monday - Thursday (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM), with possible mandatory overtime on Fridays. Monday - Thursday (7:00PM - 5:30AM or 6:00PM - 4:30AM) Friday-Sunday (6am-6pm) **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform advanced product assembly according to specifications. + Select materials from kit carts and ensure compliance with 5S principles. + Inspect completed work, operate various machines, and perform preventive maintenance. + Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality. **Skills & Experience:** + High school diploma or equivalency required. + Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory. + Basic computer skills and experience with hand tools. + Strong communication, must be able to read, write and speak English + **Experience with TIG Welding i
