Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: Construction Laborer** **Job Description** Join our team as a Construction Laborer where you will be actively involved in general labor tasks, setting up and pouring concrete, and cleaning forms. This position offers an opportunity to engage in various locations dependent upon project location, with the requirement of travel, although you will always be home on weekends. Candidates should be capable of lifting around 50 pounds and comfortable standing and moving throughout the day. Previous construction or concrete experience is ideal, but we are also looking for motivated individuals who fit well into our 'family' culture. **Responsibilities** + Perform general labor tasks related to concrete setup and pouring. + Clean and maintain forms and equipment after use. + Assist with basic carpentry tasks as needed. + Ensure the work area is clean and organized. + Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality concrete products. **Essential Skills** + Experience in construction or concrete work. + Ability to lift around 50 pounds and stand for long periods. + Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Motivation and willingness to work high amounts of overtime. + Ability to travel for projects, with assurance of being home on weekends. **Why Work Here?** Become part of a smaller family-owned business, recognized as one of the premier concrete contractors in Eastern Idaho.
