We are hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Mountain Home Medical-Surgical team on the night shift. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a close-knit rural hospital where teamwork is strong, patient relationships are meaningful, and every team member plays an important role in delivering high-quality care. With lower patient ratios and a supportive care team consisting of two RNs, a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC), and a CNA, you'll have the opportunity to provide personalized care while expanding your clinical skills. This position also offers opportunities to cross-train and support Mother-Baby and Long-Term Care services, providing valuable experience across multiple patient populations.
