Position Summary Oversees all project managers, release train Engineers (RTEs), and scrum masters, ensuring disciplined, predictable, high‑quality delivery across business‑critical initiatives. Accountable for delivery execution standards and continuous improvement of delivery practices in support of the Digital operating model. Partners closely with Portfolio Management, the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE), Product leadership, and business stakeholders to align delivery capabilities to prioritized work, advance agile maturity, strengthen delivery practices, and enable successful execution of business outcomes Key Responsibilities - Manages daily operations of the team, providing guidance, mentorship, and driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Oversees recruitment, development, retention, and performance to build strong talent. - Enables successful delivery across initiatives by ensuring strong delivery process discipline, consistent execution practices, and alignment to delivery standards. Collaborates with technology and business stakeholders to ensure delivery practices effectively support solution delivery and business objectives. - Leads, coaches, develops and manages the assignment of Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Scrum Masters and Project Managers, ensuring clear role expectations, consistent practices, and effective integration into delivery teams. - Manages effective assignment of resources to prioritized business initiatives, ensuring the appropriate capacity, capabilities, and delivery support are in place to meet organizational needs. - Monitors demand, capacity, and delivery risks, proactively addressing gaps and constraints to enable successful execution. - Define and l
