Employer: CBRE. **About the Role** As a CBRE Electrician, you will inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment throughout assigned facilities, focusing on system reliability, safety, and operational continuity in highly regulated spaces. The position plays a key part in keeping critical scientific and production operations running smoothly by maintaining the infrastructure these environments depend on. This first shift, Monday–Friday role supports a pharmaceutical client by ensuring reliable, compliant, and uninterrupted electrical services across research, laboratory, stability storage, and pilot plant environments. **What You’ll Do** + Oversee electrical and lighting systems' general operation, repair, and maintenance. Perform new installations of equipment. + Check, repair, and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems. This includes valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, and pipes. + Assure that equipment is being maintained and operating in a safe manner. + Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules. + Operate electrical test equipment—including volt/ohm meters, amp probes, power analyzers, and insulation testers—while following established testing procedures and accurately documenting all results. + Maintain and repair electrical and electronic controls on complex systems, including HVAC equipment, variable speed controllers, lighting systems, and process equipment. + Complete all regulatory training prior to conducting work. Perform all work activities utilizing the appropriate procedures to include GMP/GLP, organizations, department or local requirements. Perform all work utilizing the appropriate environmental regulations and policies. Complete appropriate documentation associated with maintenance activities.
