Position Summary The ITIL Process Manager is responsible for leading and evolving ITIL capabilities to ensure high-performing, secure, resilient, and cost-effective technology operations aligned with business strategy. The position is accountable for business results primarily achieved through the work of others; this role manages staff, sets direction, and deploys resources while overseeing employee development, performance, compensation, and staffing decisions. The position provides leadership and governance across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM processes, driving standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement through ITIL best practices, data-driven insights, and automation. In addition, the role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions, and in collaboration with engineering teams ensure successful delivery of projects and services within scope, budget, and quality expectations, and manages vendor relationships to optimize value. The ITIL Process Manager fosters a culture of innovation, accountability, and talent development while maintaining a forward-looking perspective on emerging technologies and process enhancements to support organizational growth and operational resilience.
