You will be part of a team that values high-quality workmanship and offers long-term career paths. **Responsibilities** + Install electrical systems and components for new construction and renovation projects in offices, restaurants, and other commercial spaces. + Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and project specifications. + Run wiring, install panels, breakers, outlets, lighting, and equipment according to Massachusetts electrical code. + Coordinate with general contractors and other trades to ensure smooth project flow. + Perform system testing and verification to ensure safe, code-compliant installations. + Maintain accurate documentation of materials, work performed, and project progress. + Follow company and state safety standards on every job site. **Essential Skills** + Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician license. + 3+ years of installation-focused electrical experience in residential and/or commercial settings. + Experience supervising crews on prior construction sites. + Strong understanding of MA electrical code and best practices. + Ability to work independently and manage installation tasks from start to finish. + Comfort working in fast-paced commercial environments such as restaurants and small businesses. + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA 10 certification. + Basic Journeyman Electrician tools. **Why Work Here?** Experience long-term growth opportunities, including leadership roles, project management, or specialized training.
