Job Category Claim Compensation Overview The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards. The Managing Director will accelerate the maturation of TIS’s Strategy, Product & Enablement organization—standing up repeatable, scalable models for our product development and product management functions and deepening the enterprise partnerships that drive fraud outcomes across all lines of business. The position sits at the center of a rapidly evolving landscape where AI, digital fraud vectors, and advanced detection capabilities are reshaping how investigative work gets done. This leader will have the platform to shape that evolution—turning enterprise strategies into fraud priorities, partnering across Claim and the broader organization, and strengthening Travelers’ competitive position.
