About the Role As a Medical Assistant, you’ll support daily clinical operations in a busy outpatient setting. From welcoming patients and preparing them for care to documenting visits and supporting providers, you’ll be at the heart of the patient experience and an integral part of the care team. What You’ll Do + Room patients efficiently while verifying identity and preparing them for exams or treatments + Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms throughout the day + Accurately record vital signs, patient history, and visit details in the electronic medical record (EMR) + Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling + Support providers and clinical staff with routine clinical and administrative tasks + Follow established workflows and procedures to ensure smooth, efficient clinic flow + Collaborate with teammates to deliver respectful, timely, and high‑quality care + Occasionally support additional clinic locations as scheduled in advance What We’re Looking For + Experience as a Medical Assistant or in a closely related clinical support role + Confidence rooming patients in a primary care or outpatient setting + Comfort using EMR systems for documentation and patient data management + Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification prior to start + One of the following: + Medical Assistant diploma + At least 1 year of CNA experience + At least 6 months of EMT experience + Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation + Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy clinical environment +
