We are seeking reliable and safety-minded **Forklift Operators** to join the team at the Leipsic, OH facility. This temp-to-hire role supports warehouse operations by safely moving materials, supporting production, and ensuring timely shipment of goods to major customers. + **Pay:** $20/hour + **Schedule:** Temp-to-Hire + **Training:** Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (1 week) + **Shift After Training:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM on a **2-2-3 schedule** . Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour Duties: + Shipping - loading product to direct ship to customers. + Unloading - bringing product in form other Mars sites to be able to fulfil orders to customers. + Line takeaway - taking product off production lines and storing in the warehouse. + Case pick - specialize pallets that will be hand picked per request of specific customers. . Position Requirements: + Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. + Ability to work a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule after training. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. + Ability to lift, move, and stack materials as needed. + Good communication and teamwork skills.
